Those fuckers will do that...
i met an honest cop once though...
he stopped me... told me all that BS.
I said "I have 80.... do you have a 5?"
he said no.... and wouldn't follow me to town *which we were 1 min. from being at a store which could have then given me change*
I told him to keep the extra 5 for himself, and just take the 80 then, and he still wouldn't take it.
That honest fucker!
I think he just wanted to meet quota.
I hate pigs.

so jason gets pulled over.

the cop says he can either pay now, or mail it in.
jason gives the cop $75 cash.
